Pick and Pay Ripp Off

On Wednesday the 2nd of March I went to do some shopping at the local Pick and Pay in Chatsworth Durban after going through a pamphlet supp**** for them. Whilst searching for an Item that was supposed to be on special up to the 6th of March 2022 I was told by the cold storage manager that the special had ended.I went back to my car and fetched the pamphlet but could no longer find him.I thereafter showed the special to a cold storage staff member who told me that a Vector food truck was currently being unloaded. I continued with my shopping and after almost an hour later the product was still unavailable. I then approached the branch manager who telephonically contacted the cold storage manager and he finally sent the items to me. As if that wasn't enough I proceeded to the till point to pay for my stuff and found that the said items were R 83,00 each instead of R62,00 as stated in their pamphlet. After disputing the price the teller called the store manager who then stated that the Chatsworth tore was not a Pick and Pay supermarket but a Value store.I must say that I know of the following Pnp Hypermarket, Pnp Supermarket, Pnp family store and Pnp Express. Never heard heard of a Value store. The manager told me that it was not his fault that Pnp did not inform the public. This is a poor reflection of communication and ripp off strategy of marketing.
