Pick and pay Randburg Square

I went to ranburg pnp yesterday late around to 6 and I wanted to buy bread and drink. I am heavily pregnant at the moment and everyone can see that ...I skipped the que and went to the last till where I found a lady working there.. I couldn't get her name but she was light in complexion with a big body ...they explained that shes a receiving manager. I stand next to her till waiting for her to finish with the customer that she was with and I cant greet her while shes still busy with other customer because I would be disturbing her. And once shes done with that customer she asked me if I need to pay and I said yes, she then asked me if I dont see the que, I rep**** to her saying I spoke with the manager last time and he said I must just pay and not que...she told me if I dont que I must pay at the next till and she was very rude to me with a high tone towards me. I know my R20 I had might not be important to adding of store turnover but if pnp promote managers with such attitude to come and help us...they need to think twice because they are running a business not a charity case. I am a store manager inside the mall and I know that thats not how I treat my customers..if a lady comes to buy while in this situation that I am ...I cant make them wait or join the que. The store manager is a good person I met him several times but if the store has such people with such behavior. Meaning you will run in a loss. And people might ask themselves why shoprite is expanding so much, its because you will never find rude managers or cashiers...they are well trained and mannered. And from now on I will take my non value R10 to shoprite because I receive a good service there
