Pick and Pay Queensburgh - worse service than home affairs!

I would rate zero if I could. I don't like complaining, but I am done putting up with this. Pick and Pay Queensburgh has no respect for their customer's time. Going there to buy 2 loaves of bread you know you will spend an hour there. Their lack of cashiers is frustrating and they mock you with these empty till points where someone should have been sitting to serve customers. I have never once seen all of those tills filled with cashiers, and the express till, is never express. Whenever you complain, nothing gets done about it and you can see the person does not care about you. I know I could simply go shop somewhere else, and most times, I do. We have a lack of options in Queensburgh in terms of shopping. But it is unacceptable that we should simply accept these poor service standards, because we don't have alternatives. They are exploiting this situation Whenever I go there, I don't see one happy customer. Something needs to be done on a permanent basis. Unemployment is high, make a plan, Pick and Pay! Surely you can afford it with the high prices of your goods!
