Pick and pay potchefstroom through the app

I bought a few groceries at Pick and pay potchefstroom through the app. Bad service ever. First order was canceled by then there is no food with the kids at home and I dnt have transport. Second order I bought and nappies were returned though I was asked for a substitute. I slept using cloth for my kid as nappies. On those items Albany best of both had expired. I will won't advice anyone to use pick and pay. Their service is poor, worst service ever.
