pick and pay phoenix filthy

on the 11 july 2019, I shopped at Pick and pay Phoenix.. I arrived at the store at 8:30 , the floors were absolutely filthy and the store was very untidy. I brought it to the managers attention and also mentioned that when I shopped at other stores they are neat. His attitude was actually more pathetic than the state of the store...
