Pick and Pay Parow a bit dissapointed

On Sunday, 3 March 2019 at about 8.465 i called Pick and Pay Parow Family store, asking them if they have mathematics sets in store. The lady who answered asked me to hold on as she will ask someone to check. 5 minutes later she came back and said the store don't have. I did not feel happy because we always shop at Pick and Pay and i always get my stock there, no matter what. I was hoping to remember the ladies name, but i think it is Christelle, We drove from Belhar to Parow and my oh my, we found about 8/10 of those mathematical sets. I enquired at the till where we paid who the lady is and was told she is working at the Biltong Counter. I went there but she was not there and was told to wait as she just went somewhere. We left and i told the guy i spoke to they will hear from me on Hello Peter. This morning of 04/03/2019, i called the branch and was even more stunned after i spoke to Ruan. I explained the scenario to him and he said he will speak to her and even get HR to address this matter. But wasn't he supposed to take my number down and call me back?Sjoe!!! unbelievable how they operate as i would have investigate this matter and call the client back. I told him that i will follow up but why should i do that? I really feel that he was supposed to take my details down and get this matter sorted. A bit dissapointed though. Trust this matter will be taken care of.
