Pick and pay over charges AGAIN... MALL AT REDS
I'm so tired of pick and pay and their tills not having correct prices . They had the ****** and lemon biscuit 2for 30rand guess what I was charged full price ! 58rand for both ...it's not the tellers fault they are amazing its the stupid till that is not linked now u see this when u get home and have things 2do ! I dnt have the time 2run back 2pick and pay .ridiculous man

02 Jul 2024, 19:38Hi thanks for the calls someone from pnp did call me last night n I think url tried calling toda I was extremely busy and cud not answer. I did return the items. I understand these things can happen however with pnp it's almost every other week n most times I just dnt bother cause it's a rand or 2 but url need 2update urls systems seriously or get more cashiers especially weekends n evenings so we can go thru our till slip as well cause seems that gotta 2b done wen shopping with url. Other than that staff and management at the branch are awesome and always friendly which is one reason I love shopping Der. Thanks 4callinng and assisting.
