Pick and pay order was not received. No refund or re delivery

Very disappointed. I placed an order and never received it. The driver insists he dropped it off at the gate but he never came to begin with. I have logged calls via call centre and app even spoke to pnp Branch only to get told the driver said he delivered it and that's it. Pnp says they just get the order ready so they cant take responsibility. Bottles says the driver delivered so they not taking responsibility. So now I've paid but received nothing. Both bottles and pnp are not willing to resolve this matter.
