Pick and Pay online service is terrible!

We have used Pick and Pay online orders a few time but recently the service was not great. Then we received an incorrect order (it was a duplicate of a previous order) which we sent back immediately. But we were charged for it. That was a month ago. After numerous engagements with them over the phone via twitter we still have not been refunded!
