Pick and Pay Online issues again - order cancelled

<p>I placed and order online with Pick and Pay three days ago. They called me on the day of delivery to tell me the order has been cancelled because the credit card details were not correct. This was not true as I was prompted to input a one time pin from my bank which will only go through if credit card details are correct. They gave me a plan of action how to correct this on their website which does not work. A consultant said that she would call me back 3 hours ago. Still waiting. They say the matter has been refered to head office. My goods are not delivered and they have cancelled the order. Thanks PicknPay, last time I will be using you for shopping.</p>
