Pick and Pay online disappointing.

I have ordered online from PNP Athlone PMBG, twice recently. The first time the eggs were broken -I can live with that. The second time they had no bleach, no Jik, no chickens and no toilet rolls. I wrote to them and received a reply yesterday. These were all items on a weekend special and I paid on the Friday for delivery in the 10-12 slot on the Saturday. She said in her reply if the stocks sell out that is too bad. The delivery was also late-she said they can't account for the general traffic which could delay them. Why then book a slot??? The tin of syrup which I didn't mention in my mail to them had expired 2 months prior. For a big retail concern not to have toilet rolls or Bleach or Jik, is hopeless. They are basic items that should always be in the shop. I was not impressed at all and neither was my son who ended up (after waiting all morning) having to then go to Checkers and Woolworths.
