Pick and Pay online customer care - useless

I have never had such service in my life. Do not waste your time , energy or money with pick and pay online. They are absolutely useless when it comes to information regarding late delivers. I expected my delivery on Thursday between 2-4 and I’m still waiting 2 days later. Calling the customer care line is a joke. They are obviously reading their communication or they have said it so much that they know it off by heart. I am even referring to the manager of them on duty. So I must chase and chase. They so quick for payment but such a query they can’t help. It’s very simple - where is my order number… is it so hard to answer. Useless service , if u could have , I would not have even given one star.
