Pick and pay online app is useless

Pick and Pay ASAP new app is useless. I have been on their app for hours trying to purchase groceries online it keeps declining payment. I contacted my bank and they confirmed it's merchant who is at fault and they not doing anything about it. Should you need emergency online groceries for your family don't waste your time with their new app
