pick and pay online

pick and pay online has the worst customer service ever.They advertise products with no specifications.how can u buy electronics with no specifications.You have to call them to ask about specifications and the staff do not know anything and say they will escalate the matter to get information.almost a whole day goes by they dont phone the item gets sold and then they send an email to say sorry and they will escalate the matter to get the specifications.why would I need that information if the item is sold.pick and pay please retrain all staff they are absolutely clueless and the people that are working in customer service that are suppose to help are even more clueless.I would never want to shop online at pick and pay ever again.
