Pick and Pay not deliver ASAP

I Ordered ( order no ***) products today on the 26 th of November and only received 8 out of 20 items. Try to call customer care but they told me to email @ asap my complaint and they will sort it out. I also phoned Pick and Pay at Baywest Mall but no one is picking up. This is not the 1 st time I Pay for items and didn't received them . Also no one ever call back or resolved the issue. I was a regular customer but after today I will no longer used the Pick and Pay app.
