Pick and Pay Northgate staff are useless

Today we went to Pick and Pay NORTHGATE.

It clearly states express till less than a certain amount of ITEMS, yet the customer in front decided to go with an entire trolley full of groceries. When another customer addressed her and said what you doing is wrong, the customer with her trolley decided to throw a fit saying that we don't know her and we are messing with the wrong person. The funny part is, the ladies at the till sat there laughing at the situation and said that the customer that addressed the one with her trolley is out of line. Now according to me, rules are in place for a reason. We go to the express till as it's supposed to be faster since you buy less then a certain amount of things, yet people like her feel entitled and disrupt the system yet pick and pay's staff did nothing to resolve the issue. They actually just made it worse by agreeing with the person that was wrong and laughing about it.

I will advise that people should go to the Shoprite rather as they are fast and their service are better.
