Pick and Pay no callback

I am very disappointed in the service i received today at pick and pay centurion mall. i went to go buy my daughter a cellphone Samsung galaxy grand prime pro .. when i got there i was told the phone is out of stock ..and i asked for callback and i was told i cannot do that .on the pamphlet there is no way that the special wrote while stock lasts .so am very angry and disappointed i just want to know what is going on. my daughter is expecting a phone when i get home.
