Pick and Pay NAOT (Never Arrive On Time)

Absolutely appalling service from Pick and Pay ASAP! The store in question is Pick and Pay Family in Fern of Republic. Ordered on the app at 15:30, and here I am at 18:49 with no delivery in sight. Called their call center twice, waiting 40 minutes between each call, and still no sign of my order. They should seriously consider renaming their service from Pick and Pay ASAP to Pick and Pay NAOT (Never Arrive On Time). I’m beyond disappointed and frustrated. This service doesn’t even deserve a single star. Save yourself the frustration and shop at Checkers 60 or even Woolies Dash who deliver on their specified time!
