Pick and Pay Montclair mall

we ordered few things from pick and pay asap yesterday afternoon 26/01/2026 at around 16:30 -17:00 app said it will be delivered between 18:30 - 19:00 and it was never delivered we called customer service with kept telling us package was on its way, we called again this morning just after 8am and the the package has finally been delivered at around 8:45am but has a missing item they are now claiming it's out of stock. With all the stress not even a single apology from the customer service team! Poor service from the actual store and online customer service team
