Pick and Pay Midwater Middelburg

Trust all is well.

Recently I moved to Middleburg from Mkhondo (Piet Retief). Not only the service received from management was exceptional at the PnP at Woodhill centre in Mkhondo but also stock levels and choice of products were admirable. So, it was a no brainer to frequent PnP midwater further in Middelburg.

To my disappoint quality standards are not held across all PnP’s and specially not at PnP midwater or so it seems. The choice of products available lets a lot to be desired and what is even worse is that the stock levels are not even maintained.

The store layout also does not make sense for me nor for the floor staff/manager as they could not direct me when I asked where I could find kabob/sosatie sticks or I prefer to believe that they also find the layout confusing as the alternative is they didn’t want to help me.

I also had the displeasure of dealing with two of the managers on duty on the 30 Aug @ 18:00. I can only remember the name of Nonzipo whose lack of interest was shocking. I have never had such bad dis-interested service from any PnP I have ever visited. I will make one recommendation is to close the store or appoint managers that are actually interested in assisting customers as this store is really reflecting very bad on your brand.

If there is one positive. It will be the cashiers and the security guards are super friendly.
