What an experience, with 3 branches in Mafikeng, North West.

1. The branch in the crossing shopping complex, does not accept RCS cards? Why? It seems like the branch is too lazy to process the payments. The shop lighting is terrible and the staff isn't very nice.

2. The Mega city branch, what terrible customer service. We were meant to withdraw money because this branch accepts RCS cards. The service was so terrible we were using till 7 around 11:30 12:00 the cashier was super rude and unhelpful as if she was doing us a favor. I couldn't get her name as her name tag was hidden by her jacket. We ended up leaving without buying anything.

3. The branch in the North West mall (Mafikeng central). That is the WORST PnP branch I have ever seen. It's dirty, humid, and smells really bad. Whenever I go there i know I will get terrible customer service.

I love Pick and Pay but my experience with the Mafikeng branches have not been pleasant.
