Pick and Pay loyality card is a ****

it seems as if the the BP and pick and pay loyality smart shopper card is a ****, i cannot redeem my points the system is always down i went to two different pick and pays the first pick and pay ( in Madiba street Pretoria ) the teller couldnt see my points and, i asked her how is it possible because ive used the very some card to swipe for point at a local BP garage, she that printed a slip and there were no points zero points, i left that pick and pay , yesterday i went to pick n pay liquor (Tramshed pretoria) store to check my points the cashier said i only had a balance of R28 and i have been topping the card using the BP promotion and when i wanted to redeem the points again the system was offline two Pick and pays with faulty systems. i have never had this problem with the clicks - shell promotion, ive never experienced points expiring without notice or faulty system. i am definitely not impressed with Pick n Pay.
