Pick and Pay License Renewal is atrocious/non-existent

License renewal process is absolutely shocking, No responses from their department I had to contact them for updates and reasons why it was held up just to be told that documentation was outstanding even though I was told that they have received all necessary documentation from me to process the renewal, then again on the day that they submitted my application ( which was 4 months after I paid ) that apparently I have to be there in person to be able to renew my license on my car.

Stay clear don't even try this service
