The service at your Lephalale Mall shop is non existent! Your manager Sheldon, he cannot sort out any issue. I've been trying since Saturday to get a refund of R1630. PnP canceled my order, but did not refund like they always do. I have spoken to Sheldon, who promised to give me feedback. Nothing. I've spoken to Lydia, also no feedback Your DRIVER Primrose is trying to sort this out. You have R1630 of mine, please refund me.
