Pick and pay la Lucia mall

Bought a TV last year April, this year the TV stopped working..I took it back to the store with my receipt and 3 weeks later still no TV.. no communication, had to run to the store several times always being told by store manager Devan it will be sorted but still nothing to date,I work next to store and noticed only white customers get great service and if you another race the service sucks,even their own staff agrees with my statement. Also spoke to Shaun at the store always same excuse waiting for head office,I told them to give me something in writing so I can go yo the ombudsman but they can't do that either. Really a ****** store and I am having the most horrific customer experience. Don't shop there,if you do notice how different races are treated compared to the whites
