Pick and Pay Kyalami on Main - staff and manager useless

Visited Pick and Pay Kyalami on Main Branch today (01 November 2021). The said branch had Kellogg's Coco Pops (Assorted 340g - 400g) advertised on special. When items scanned at the till - special was not offered to the customer. When queried with staff - was treated with disrespect and argument ensued where the claims of pick and pay staff were ridiculous at best. Then asked for the manager who also seemed to have a poor command of the English language and did not honor the special advertised. The arguments made by both the manager and staff member was ridiculous at best (citing pack size and variants). When asked for the staff members name - said staff member proceeded to remove her badge. I did not know that it was pick and pay policy for staff members to remove the name badges when challenged by a customer. The manager too seem dis-interested and told me that his name appeared on the till-slip and that if i want to report him - i must go ahead. Pathetic service, rude staff and poor command of the English language and in-store specials. Please contact me to discuss this matter urgently.
