Pick and Pay is the WORSE

I have placed an order for delivery via the app, and 4 days later, my order is still not delivered, but i have paid in full already. I am unable to reach out as my emails go unanswered and the help line as well. The WhatsApp feature is bull, you raise your query and nothing happens. I am deleting this app and will not put foot inside a pick and pay ever again, Pathetic, DO NOT USE
