Pick and pay is so unprofessional and poor service delivery

I am extremely disappointed with the service from pick and pay in umphakathi mall, and the management. I ordered a few things in the pick and pay ASAP app and of course the delivery will be coming from that pick and pay. But I was surprised to find my one item missing which was on sale but it was not specified even after checkout that it was out of order, and the app shows that the delivery was done. I has to write 2 emails and called but the number provided on the app is not answered and believe me when I say I waited for hours., so even the call centre is not operarional.The next day I went personally to talk to the manager because there was no escalation done, so it's either I lose my money or I escalate myself. The manager was so casual about it, telling me my grocery was delivered and only one thing was out of stock, but to my surprise I was looking at it when I went to ask for assistance. So he was obviously not interested in assisting me, and referred me to call the number multiple times and left me there. I will delete the app obviously because it definitely not as soon as possible, it's just if you are lucky enough. Such unprofessional behavior though. And I don't need an apology, just refund my money.
