Pick and Pay in Mitchells Plain but their specials are not.

On 25 Nov at 10 in the morning I was in PnP in the promenade, Mitchells Plain hoping to buy some lamp amongst other things. The butchery shelves were empty accept for some lamb packs which was not on special. I asked if I can have half a lamb and the lady at the counter asked me if I cannot go to the hyper market or any other PnP store. I was not prepared to do this and she took my details and told me they will call me when the meat is ready. On 30 Nov I send a mail to PnP customer care to which I only got an automated response. PnP customers in Mitchells Plain are ignored and people from Mitchells Plain must go out of Mitchells Plain if they want the same service as in other areas.I am a pensioner and it is dissapointing to know that it is expected of you to travel out of your area to get some service from a company as big as PnP. I am writing this review to make people aware of the bad service to people from Mitchells Plain.
