PICK AND PAY HYPER NORTHRAND ROAD BOKSBURG CLICK AND COLLECT

Order number ********** 115 was placed online on the 19th of November 2018. this was for click and collect, we clicked but when it came to the collect part the people at PNP has not fulfilled their part. my friend drove through horrible traffic only to be told the orders was not ready and they will contact her. till date no one has contacted her but the money has been debited from my account. my question is why offer services that you cannot provide and why did you take my money and waste our time and fuel to get to you and then we are notified that the order is not ready. i will never use Pick and Pay online facilities cause they suck!!
