Pick and Pay Hyper and NON SERVICE delivery

I had a complaint against the Pick and Pay Hyper and after many months the manager eventually contacted me and assured me that he would look into the matter and get back to me. Guess what, not even the Branch manager can keep his word and then they expect to have loyal customers!!!!
