Pick and Pay horrible customer service
I bought 48 eggs from PnP. Half the eggs are rotten. I also saw other expired products from that branch. Never doing my shopping at PnP

I’m deeply dissatisfied with the handling of my recent complaint regarding a purchase made on May 21, 2023. I purchased 48 eggs from your store, and unfortunately, half of them were rotten.
Despite reaching out to your social media team on Twitter and subsequently posting a review on Hellopeter, I was met with silence until I received an email on November 18, 2023, stating that my case had been resolved and closed. To my dismay, no prior communication was made to inform me of the resolution.
This lack of communication, coupled with what I perceive as unprofessionalism and a lack of urgency in addressing customer concerns, has left me extremely disappointed. I believe that effective customer service involves timely responses and transparent communication, both of which were severely lacking in my case.
I urge you to reconsider your approach to customer service, as it not only reflects poorly on your brand but also fails to meet the basic expectations of your patrons. I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope for a more satisfactory resolution.
