Pick and pay home not honoring advertised prices

On the 16th December 2022 you advertised a Hisense 75 Inch Uhd Smart Tv 75A6H for the low price of R1699.00 a saving of R16.300,00 on your online (Home) webside I place it in my basket with a few other items and then I concluded my online busness and paid you as per usual you took R1 from my bank and later on that day you took the whole amount due from my bank with other words you exepted my order and where in the process of concluding my order(processing) (this is what you Pick and pay do) when you invioce the items you deduct the owing money of the cleints bank account at this stage my order was still accepted by you. now a day later after checking my orders status a message poped up telling me the product I ordered is not availible in my erea, this is utter nonsense why would it pop up as a item to by if I have picked durban as my store and why would its item go into my basket. I'm telling you now I have all the evidence on record regarding this spesial and if you are not willing to give me this Ill go to the customer controll board and put in a complaint against you for mis advertising you products and not holding yourself accountible to honor this advertised price
