Pick and Pay Head Office USELESS

<p>I purchased at Pick and Pay Bedford for over 1500 when they were running with that R50 off your next shopping special.I got my vouchers.I went to the pick and pay near Mere Dale today with my voucher and it did not go through.They phoned head office and I spoke to Pumlile who told me that I had redeemed it and yet I did not.She was not of help so I asked to speak to someone else I was made to wait for more than 30 minutes and I ended up dropping the phone without speaking to anyone.Why can't I just get what I was promised?False advertising at its BEST.nxa!!</p>
