Pick and pay green Stone Customer repair heater not yet back almost 2 months since it was taken in for service

To whom it may concern,

I bought a Aim gas heater From green stone pick and pay hyper on the15/05/2020 , The problem started a week later When it stopped working. i sent it for back and on the 20/06/2020 for repairs and was told wait for a call. A call came 2 week later telling me to come fetch the heater, when i got there i was told the person who made the call is not available and that there is no heater. i've gone there twice after my first visit only to be told story after story. unfortunately the matter is not yet solved. To say the level of customer service is none existence would be an understatement.
