Pick and Pay *****s

So Pick and Pay Value Centre have no manners or values instead just ripping customers off! Becareful when shopping there and double check yourls slips. Firstly a cashier by the name of Bongiwe takes 3 minutes to change aa simple thermal roll. And instead of serving the next customer in a busy shop she serves a staff member for cigarettes! Finally we get to the till no greeting no smile no acknowledgment to the customer! She proceeds to bill for packets without even asking if we wanted. When it came to paying the bill we used a pick and pay voucher to the value of R580 and balance cash. She only used R500 then goes on to say it can only be used once. Took another 15 minutes before anyone could help who then wanted us to wait while they phoned pick gift card divisions. All this time and no apology whatsoever. Finally being sorted out half an hour later we find out they charged the wrong price. Ricoffy 750g was advertised instore for R50 yet charged R68 each! They blamed pick and pay head office for changing prices on the system. Another half an hour wasted due to. Their negligence! How many people have been ****** by you guys? Is this how you value your customers? Teach your staff to have manners we are not beggers comming to your store. Absolutely disgusted
