Pick and Pay Faire Glen Service

My wife and I have just returned from a visit to the Faire Glen P and P Hypermarket where we went to buy a couple of items that are currently being advertised in the latest brochure (valid 3-17 June). The first was a stainless steel flask and the second was 2 by 400g C***** cheese, Neither of these items were available....apparently according to one of the staff rearranging the shelves in the area around the aisles containing kitchen equipment etc, the flasks had not arrived. I also wanted to buy a replacement DSTV Explorer remote but the only remotes on sale appeared to be single channel units, and while we were looking NO staff approached us or offered us assistance even though there were 2 P and P gents leaning on the TVs opposite the remote display. We then completed our shopping and went to an open till in the express area. The lady on the till (center aisle) was busy chatting to the lady next door to her who was busy finalizing the purchase of an elderly couple, After a short wait I had to ask the lady at the till we were at whether she was going to serve us, which she eventually did but very offhandedly... Seriously the only reason we will go to this Hypermarket is because of the specials. Other than that the service, cleanliness of the Store, shelf pricing etc etc is shocking. I would actually challenge the management of this store to equip me with a body cam so that I show them how bad it is.
