Pick and Pay Express Randhart BP filling station
I've place an order at Pick n Pay Express Randhart BP filling station, through UberEats as I had a voucher, I went to collect my order today 02 November 2023 at about 17h30 and the cashier informed me that she removed an item from my order depriving me of the value of my UberEats voucher, I refused to collect the order as it had a missing item. I contacted UberEats, instead of trying to resolve the issue with their partner, they are telling me they can't refund as the order was done over 48 hrs ago. Why join UberEats if you know you are not going to honour orders?

11 Dec 2023, 13:09Nothing has been done, we are still waiting for PnP to pay a mere R172.00, it really shows that you do not care about us customers, I've spent more than that R170 to request a refund Raymond Ackerman must be turning in his grave, watching how you treat your customers.
