Pick and pay EFT service faililure and wait from saturday til Wednesday to be refunded

Went to purchase at Pick and Pay Garankuwa.i used a card to pay de groceries And unfortunately the transaction went through and the slip didn't print.So when reported to the supervisor, She said there is nothing they can do I have to wait 48 hours to get the refund as there is no way I can go with the staff I bought without proof.she said it's the procedure. My complain is that customer use petrol and faith for good service at pick n pay and the reward is poor service and ******* money and there's nothing as to review and compensate for such loss,meaning I went to pick n pay to spend petrol money and to also borrow pick n pay to do business with my money while I am getting charged for swiping and in return have to spend 48 hours before I can be refunded. To make matters worse you phone Pick and pay customer services (Tanya to be specific) and you are told that they didn't force you to come and buy at pick and nd pay,Not trying to ease up the tension of getting refunded. What a bad service indeed.
