Pick and Pay Doubling Deducting

Pick and Pay or should I say PIck and Double Pay .

On Wednesday the 1st of December I go off to PnP in Capricorn, do my shopping and move to the tills.

After ringing everything up I paid with my card but your card machine was on the frits and and aparently declined my card. So we swipe again.

And guess what, I was charged TWICE for the same transaction. I phoned Pick n Pay Customer services on Thursday the 2nd of December and they tell me I must go see the store, so off I go again to Pick and Pay on the Friday and a very useless lady, Belinda, who couldnt even stand still while she was "aparently" on the phone to the accounts, tells me "no, I must go to my bank to reverse it. So I load my phone with airtime and spend a furthr R60 airtime talking to the Standard Bank Staff who said no, if the money was paid to PnP, then PnP must pay it back. Which I agree.

So again I loud my phone airtime and phone Pick and Pay customer services, and they just do not have a clue what to do and say I must go into the store.

Monday see's me leaving work early and now I am annoyed, off I go to Pick and Pay Capricorn AGAIN, and I am seen a totally new person. I am promised that this Paul, person will follow up with the accounts lady in the morning and phone me back first thing Tuesday morning.

Tuesday morning comes and goes and nothing. So off I go to Pick and Capricorn AGAIN, and now Paul says, sorry the lady was off sick and I didnt want to give you a half story.

So my petrol, my frustration never mind that I might be late with other payments or a promised birthday cake for my daughter cause they TOOK double thier money, my airtime, They were rude and none chelant.

Pick and Pay has become dirty and low qaulity and now *****ing money at christmas.

So it's a week later and I am still out of pocket with not so much as an apology
