Pick and Pay Dobsonville mall.😩

Yesterday I was assisted by a lady Buyisile Hludla "as per my till slip.and Tsholofelo and Pick and pay Dobsonville. They started insulting me infront of everyone when I requested that I needed instant money that was sent to me by a friend in other to continue to purchase my food in the store.Buyisile hludla gave me a huge attitude stating that she doesn't have money so therefore I should move from her till without her even making an effort to ask her mananger about my request. And mind you I was in the que for over an hour on the less than 10items side I think it was till no 3. My biggest question was that. Why does PNP hire such people who are unable to deliver a good customer service? I've been a loyal customer of Pick n pay for over 10years and I normally do my shopping at Westgate mall and their service there is amazing, I've never had an issue. Pick n pay Dobsonville mall service is horrible... They treat us like nothing, they talk to us like sh***. I was so upset yesterday from the service that I got from Buyisile Hludla and her friend Tsholofelo ganding up on me for simply requesting instant money. 🙌
