Pick and Pay do not respect their clients/ customers

I am inundated with futile sms's on a daily basis from pick and pay. Which, is ****** annoying I have opted out, I have written on hellopeter.com, I have spoken to them and they continue in their arrogant way to ignore their client's simple requests. Pick and pay actions are vexatious cause they just don't care and feel nothing for simple requests not to be smsed junk yet they continue. Can I report them to some kind of authority for sending unsolicited juck sms's sometimes up to three a day I don't care about their specials whatsoever
