Pick and Pay do not honour their obligation and stated agreement
Pick and Pay in Norwood had a promotion whereby you received a sticker for every R100 spent. If you collected a certain number of stickers you could get a free dish up to a certain maximum per sheet. The more stickers the high value dish you could get. The promotion then ended and time was given to collect your free dish. On presenting the sheet with the stickers they did not have the dishes available. They said the dishes would arrive the following week and they did NOT. They said they would arrive the week after and they did NOT. This is shoddy management and they are abusing their clients by not being able to fulfil their obligation as stated. I am now going away and when I come back the promotion will have closed and I may not receive the dishes I am entitled to. Furthermore by making me come back repeatedly they waste my time and maybe they are just trying to get me back in the store to purchase more goods. I would give Pick and pay a red card!!!!

This collection is an imported line therefore it is difficult for them to confirm as to when stocks will arrive and will be available at the store.
