Pick and Pay disgrace - the ******* continues

I recently posted a complaint about an AIM 49 inch (so-called) Smart TV which I had purchased from Pick 'n Pay. It definitely was not very smart. The failure of the "smart" TV was the same failure as had happened to another customer over a year ago (26 Aug 2018). That customer also complained and got the same Pick 'n Pay splurb, how they regret it and how they value their customers etc etc etc I reject their response it is nonsense. If Pick 'n Pay had any integrity they would have fixed the problem over a year ago. Clearly they have done nothing and they continue sell the same product with the same problems. So customers have to "grin and bear it". Well done Pick 'n Pay
