Pick and Pay ****************
So with before the lockdown my wife decided to order her groceries from Pnponline to be delivered before the lockdown....groceries order was put in and off go the money from my bank the 25th March. Delivery was scheduled for Thursday 26th March between 1 and 2 which was fine however no food was delivered the entire day and no apology phone call was made to us.... Only after we send an email the evening did we get a call from customer services with a lame excuse we requested a refund if the goods wasn't delivered the next day which is today 27th March..... Got a call this morning the delivery is here at the now closed business address... Like what did you expect with the lockdown.... Had to go and pick up the groceries but ohh no only 20% of the ordered groceries has been delivered although it was available when the order was placed and what I was charged in full for.... **************** or what do you call this... Certainly when you are charging someone in full for something that you can't deliver you will contact that person and ask them if they still want the goods and arrange a refund???
