Pick and pay Darras Centre

I went to pick & pay Darras Centre to do a cash send withdrawal it was around 10:50 Sindiswa the till operator had a bad attitude she told me she does not have money, bear in mind I'm in pains just got operated on Tuesday & got discharged on Friday I quietly went to the instire ATM which also did not have money ,I left the store & went back home later in the afternoon iwent back again & the ATM was still not working and other tills were long except hers so I went to her I asked for the withdrawal she told me she does not have money I asked her if possible if I can see the store Store Manager she rudely said to me yes you can go & see her I again humbled my self & asked where can I find the store Manager she ignored me & called the next customers I got upset because of the pains I'm having & the attitude and treatment I'm receiving from Sindiswa I then raised my voice to say I have the right to see the Store Manager after some time rolling her eyes she asked her Colleague where is the store Manager this lady wants to see her after sometime The Manager Patricia came when I was elaborating my story she change the story and told her Manager to say she said shecwas going to ask her Colleagues hence she turned me away for the first time without seeking to help and understand, There was noe apology either from the consultant nor from the Manager I guess the customer service training needs to be done in that store I'm worried of other customers who do not have accessories knowledge on how to report they just walk out quietly and disappointed
