Pick and pay customer service is pathetic

Pick n pay branches southdale, Bedford centre , eastgate , park meadows are pathetic. A simple thing like founding out which store has a product is impossible, traveled to 4 different branches where it was said to have the product in stock and nothing upon arrival. They don't even have the decency to take down my details to inform me if and when stock does come through. It's absolutely pathetic and I m absolutely dissatisfied
