Pick and Pay Cresta is a terrible shopping experience, don't waste your time.

Pick and Pay Cresta has deteriorated in all aspects to the extent that its not worth trying to shop there ever. The tellers are rude. I experienced an exceptionally rude teller this morning and asked her four times to stop being rude to me. The tellers need to understand that shoppers are people and we expect to be spoken to like human beings. I asked the teller a question and was ignored. I was told by her to read the card machine and she sat there having a conversation with the packers whilst I waited to ask her a question. Pick and Pay cresta's shelves are also half empty and its impossible to do your shopping for basic goods without having to go to another shop to top up what is not on Pick and Pay's shelves.
