Pick And Pay contacting wrong persons for Monies Due

I have been receiving SMS messages on my telephone, addressed to another person, threatening them with losing their benefits should they not pay the minimum amount due on their account. I have no knowledge of who this person is that they refer to and I most certainly have NEVER EVER had an account at Pick and Pay or any other Retail Company. I keep sending E Mails and the reply I receive, is to say that it has not yet been resolved
