Pick and Pay clothing worst client care

I went to pick and pay clothing to purchase some pants and tops. I did not fit the pants on. So i got home. 3 if the 5 pants did not fit. I went back now to exchange the 3 pants to make sure it fits i wanted to fit it in and they refused. So they expected from me to come home and if it doesn't fit i must go back again to exchange. This is my time and petrol driving up and down. I don't think this is acceptable for me as a client.
